Kama Medical College stands on an extensive campus at Vidyanagari, Kambare, on the Shahapur–Kinhavali Road in Thane district. The location is a practical advantage for day scholars and visiting parents alike: the campus is very near the Shahapur bus stand and railway station, so students travelling from surrounding towns and villages can reach college conveniently.
The college occupies modern multi-storied buildings with well-planned teaching facilities. Each department has its own spacious, well-equipped laboratory, so practical work runs alongside classroom teaching from the first term — an arrangement that suits the hands-on nature of pharmacy education.

An exclusive girls' hostel offers accommodation in spacious rooms, and adjacent mess halls serve both North Indian and South Indian food, prepared by professional cooks. Special care is taken to keep meals dietetically well balanced and delicious, at reasonable rates.
An in-campus stall stocks essential groceries and daily items, and a 24-hour telephone facility keeps students in touch with home. Trained wardens and ayahs are present in the hostel to provide security, care and moral support, and some faculty members reside on campus so that guidance is never far away.
